Requirements:
Applicants may be asked to provide:

• Media/company identification
• Business email address
• Links to previous coverage or published work
• Media outlet details

Terms & Conditions:

• All applications are subject to approval.
• Press Passes are non-transferable.
• Badges must be worn visibly at all times.
• Photography, filming, and interviews must not disrupt the event.
• Restricted areas and sessions must be respected.
• Commercial promotion or sales activities are prohibited.
• Gala dinners, cocktail receptions, and other networking/social events are not included.
• Any articles, videos, photos, or published materials related to the event must be submitted to the organizer for review prior to public release.
• By attending, pass holders consent to event photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
• The organizer reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke passes at any time.

• Planned event coverage details

• By attending, pass holders consent to event photography and video recording for promotional purposes.
• Creator Passes are non-transferable.
• All content must remain professional and respectful.
• Permission must be obtained before filming attendees or exhibitors in close-up settings.
• Livestreaming is prohibited.
• Gala dinners, cocktail receptions, and other networking/social events are not included.
• Final content, including posts, videos, reels, blogs, or podcasts, must be submitted to the organizer for review prior to publication.
• The organizer reserves the right to revoke access for inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
