Booth and Sponsor reservations will be available on Wednesday, 09 September 2026 at 16:00 hrs (BKK time) by logging onto the Registration page. You should be ready online for the booth and reservations to open because all Booths and Sponsor packages sell out almost immediately!

Reservation:
  • Reservations STANDARD Booths is by the Shopping Cart in the conference registration area only. We will not accept booth reservations by email or other means including Whatsapp, telephone calls, etc.  Booth and sponsor reservations will open on Wednesday, 09 September 2026 at 16:00 hrs, BKK time (GMT+7).

Notes:

  1. BIG Booth prices (USD 36,600) does not include booth design and construction. You should budget additional USD 40,000 – USD 45,000 (minimum) for the booth design and construction.
  2. WCAworld has the right to review your booth design to ensure that it’s design is on par with other BIG Booths.  If your overall booth design is not on par with other BIG Booths then WCAworld reserves the right to refuse your booking and give it to other exhibitors.

You will be required to work directly with our designated Booth Supplier (SANYAU Expo) if you wish to have a BIG Booth at our event.  Booths sourced from other suppliers other than SANYAU Expo is not permitted.

Reservation:

  • Reservations are by email only and will be handled on a first-come-first served basis, and depends on available space.
  • BIG Booths are very limited in number, but the demand is very high, and we restrict the amount of spaces that can be converted to Big Booths.
  • Interested parties will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of USD 15,000 for the booth booking (subject to availability) immediately after receiving an invoice for the booking fee.  If WCAworld does not receive the deposit on time then you will forfeit your booth and booking fee.  Exhibitors who had a BIG Booth during WCA Worldwide 2026 are not required to pay a booking fee.
  • To reserve a BIG Booth, please send an email to Lalita and Meow at booth@wcaworld.com by no later than Wednesday, 15 July 2026.

Payment Policy

WCAworld conference payment policy PRE-PAYMENT (floating deposit)
All booths must be paid for in advance. This will allow people to reserve booths easier when they open for reservations on Wednesday, 09 September 2026 at 16:00 hrs BKK time (GMT+7).  We will send out an email broadcast after 10 June 2026, to advise members how to pay the floating deposit and obtain a booth ticket.  You will need a booth ticket in order to reserve a booth on 09 September 2026.

  • Failure to cancel your booth package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges
  • You can cancel your booth package by logging on to the Registration Page until  Friday, 18th December 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7). 
    After this date, you will need to send an email to booth@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship
