Private Transportation Hire

WCAworld does not provide arrival / departure transfers to delegates.  We only provide limited shuttle bus services between the convention center (MBS / The Sands Expo & Convention Center) and hotels in our program (those that are posted on the accommodations page of this website).  You can view the shuttle bus time-tables closer to the start of the conference on this webpage.

If you are interested in booking arrival / departure transfers or renting any kind of passenger vehicle (including buses) while in Singapore, then you can contact comfortdelgro. This transportation company is used exclusively by WCAworld for all of our transportation requirements in Singapore.

Special Requirements

Remarks Above prices are subject to 9% GST
Additional Surcharges
  • Additional pick-up / drop-off point is SGD 25 per extra point
  • Midnight surcharge (23:00 hrs to 07:00 hrs) is SGD 20 per car/bus
  • Any on-day extensions required will be based on the per hour rate
  • Airport arrival: waiting time allow for arrival transfers is 20 mins starting from the requested time
  • Airport arrival: subsequent waiting time for 15 mins block is chargeable at SGD 45 per block
