Included in Delegate Registration Fees:
  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda. Social functions such as Tours, Golf, Football tournament, Relo cocktail reception, eCommerce cocktail reception, and Women’s Cocktail Reception are NOT included in your delegate registration fee.
Included in Spouse / Accompanying Delegate Fees:
  • Entrance to all events and functions as appear in the Conference Agenda. Social functions such as Tours, Golf, Football tournament, Relo cocktail reception, eCommerce cocktail reception, and Women’s cocktail reception are NOT included in your spouse registration fee. Spouses do not receive a conference bag and other giveaway items.
Exclusions:
  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Spouses only)
  • Tour
  • Golf
  • Football Tournament
  • Breakout cocktail receptions such as Relo, eCommerce, and Women’s cocktail receptions
  • Shuttle buses. A limited shuttle bus service between hotels and the conference venue (Sands Expo & Convention Center) will only be provided at hotels featured in our program (see the Accommodations page for featured hotels).
About CREATOR passes:
  • Creator Pass – US$100 per person per day,
  • Designed for content creators, bloggers,influencers, and independent media.
  • Includes access to all daytime sessions and exhibition areas.
  • Please note: the gala dinner and cocktail events are not included.
Disclaimer:  All creators must provide verifiable information about their content platforms and may be asked to share sample footage or content related to the event. Failure to provide proof of legitimacy may result in immediate removal from the event or cancellation of registration without refund. All content creators are required to comply with our media policy at all times.

WCAworld conference payment policy: All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of registering.

IMMEDIATELY at time of Registration (a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)
Amendments to Delegate Information: You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including 
Friday, 15th January 2027 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT +7).

  • Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges even if you did not pay your registration fee (you will be barred from registering for future conferences until payment is received).
  • You can cancel or edit your conference registration details by logging on to the Registration Page.
