Sending conference materials

If you wish to send materials (ie. brochures and giveaway items) to New Delhi to be used during the conference then we suggest that you contact Cargo Channels Pvt., Ltd. Cargo Channels is WCAworld’s designated ground handler for our regional event in New Delhi and will be in charge of delivering yours and WCAworld’s conference materials to the conference venue (Pullman Aerocity New Delhi).  Kindly note that there is a handling fee for this service and that you need to contact Cargo Channels for the price.

Kindly note that the conference venue does not accept individual deliveries from conference delegates so we recommend that you go through Cargo Channels to have your materials delivered to the conference venue.
