Visa Information

All visitors to India must obtain a visa from an Indian diplomatic mission unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries or a country whose citizens may obtain a visa on arrival, or an e-Visa online.

Visa NOT Required:

Bhutan and Nepal (Freedom of Movement) and Maldives (Visa Free Entry for 90 Days)

e-Visa:

e-Visas can only be used if you are planning to enter India at one of the following port of entries:

Airports: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram, Tiruchirappalli, Varanasi, Visakhapatnam,

Seaports: Cochin, Goa, Mangalore

Countries that can apply for e-Visas online at
https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html.  Please check this website to see if your passport country is supported.  If not supported, then you must apply for a visa through an Indian consulate or embassy nearest to you.

  • Your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months after your expected entry into India
  • You should apply for a CONFERENCE Visa or eCONFERENCE Visa.
  • Special conditions apply to citizens of Pakistan when traveling to India.

Invitation Letters: 

Invitation letters are being handled by WCAworld member, AARGUS GLOBAL LOGISTICS.  The invitation letter template can be downloaded from inside the registration area of this website, filled in by you, and sent to AARGUS GLOBAL LOGISTICS for a signature.  Please logon to the registration area, scroll down towards the bottom of the page and click on “Download Invitation Letter”.  You must be registered to download the letter.
