  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until Friday, 9 October 2026, at 17:00 hrs Bangkok time (GMT+7). 
    After Friday, 9 October 2026, you will need to send an email to sponsor_regional@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship.
