Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Conference giveaways and merchandise (this condition applies to Social Pass holders only)
  • Tour

Amendments to Delegate Information:

You can amend your delegate’s details through this website up to and including Friday, 30 October 2026, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

If you wish to make changes to your delegate details after the above-mentioned date then please send an email to registration@wcaworld.com

  • Failure to cancel your conference registrations with WCAworld under any circumstances will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel or edit your conference registration details by logging on to the Registration Page.
