CANCELLATION POLICY:

AFTER
Friday, 9th April 2027, at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) 		No Refund

PAYMENT:

  • All sponsorship packages must be paid in full upon receipt of the invoice to secure your sponsorship.
  • Your company logo will be displayed on the conference website once payment has been received. Please send proof of payment to sponsor@wcaecommercesolutions.com so that your logo can be published as soon as possible.
  • An invoice will be issued shortly after you reserve your sponsorship package through the conference website. While awaiting the official invoice, you may also use your Order Confirmation to make payment.
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or Partner Pay.
