Social Pass

  • WCA members
  • At least one person must be registered as a delegate in order to register an accompanying person for a Social Pass.

USD 950 / person

Delegate Fee Includes:

  • Access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler.
  • Access to all events and functions listed in the Conference Agenda, except Team-Building Activities, which require an additional fee.

Social Pass Fee Includes:

  • Buffet lunches and coffee breaks on conference days.
  • Welcome Reception.
  • Awards Dinner.

Please note: Social Pass holders do not have access to One-on-One Meetings and are not eligible to receive conference giveaway materials, such as conference bags, shirts, or other delegate items.

Exclusions:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Team Building Activities
PAYMENT POLICY:

Payment:

All conference fees must be paid at the time of registration by credit card.

Please complete the payment process before leaving the conference website. If you leave the website without completing payment, any changes made during the registration process may not be saved, and you may be required to resubmit your information.

An official invoice will be issued after payment has been received by WCAworld.

Amendments to Delegate Information:

You may amend your delegate information through this website until
30 April 2027 at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7).

After this deadline, please send any requests for changes to registration@wcaecommercesolutions.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Cancellations received by 30 April 2027 at 17:00 hrs. Bangkok Time (GMT+7) are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations received after this deadline will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
  • To cancel your participation, please contact registration@wcaecommercesolutions.com.
