Any changes you have made to your requirements will be lost if you leave the conference website without arranging payment and you will be required to resubmit all your information again. IMMEDIATELY
(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until 6 April 2027. After 6 April 2027, you will need to send an email to  signage@wcaecommercesolutions.com to cancel your sponsorship.
