  • You don’t need to move for your scheduled one-on-one meeting appointments unless you have meetings scheduled with sponsors or others with a VIP meeting table

All conference fees must be paid immediately at the time of booking. 		IMMEDIATELY
(a credit card will be required for payment.  An official invoice will be sent to you after payment has been made to WCAworld)

  • Failure to cancel your sponsor package with WCAworld before the cancellation deadline will result in 100% cancellation charges.
  • You can cancel your sponsor package by logging on to the Registration Page until Friday, 18 December 2026.  
    After Friday, 18 December 2026, you will need to send an email to sponsor@wcaworld.com to cancel your sponsorship.
