Tour highlights: Yuyuan Garden & City God Temple, Jiangnan Garden, Oriental Pearl Tower, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.
08:00 hrs: Meet at ground lobby of Pudong Shangri-La Hotel to sign tour registry, receive wristband and board coaches. Delegates not staying at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel must make their own way to and from Pudong Shangri-La Hotel to board tour coaches.
08:30 hrs: Coach departs from Pudong Shangri-La Hotel to Yuyuan scenic area.
08:50 – 11:00 hrs: Visit Yuyuan Garden and City God Temple scenic area. Stroll through the classical Jiangnan Garden and experience the traditional charm of old Shanghai.
11:00 – 12:30 hrs: Proceed to the featured restaurant for a western buffet lunch (The St. Regis Braisserie).
12:30 – 15:30 hrs: Enjoy. After kunch, ascend Oriental Pearl Tower, which overlooks the Huangpu River.  Enjoy the panorama of Shanghai’s city skyline. 
15:30 – 16:30 hrs: Take a leisurely walk along Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street.  Explore the century-old commercial street for site seeing, shopping, relaxation.
16:45 hrs: Tour coach arrives back to Pudong Shangri-La Hotel.  Guests disembark and make their own way back to their hotels to prepare for the evening’ cocktail reception (included in all delegate registration fees). 

Welcome Cocktail Reception (20 June 2026). The welcome cocktail reception is at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel, Changan + Luoyang Room (River Wing, Level 3), and starts at 19:00 hrs.  You must do onsite registration and pickup your name badge before you can attend.  However, you do not need to wear your name badge during the tour.

SHANGHAI WEATHER CONDITIONS IN JUNE: Average High: 28 °C |  Average Low: 20°C  |  Average 15 days of rain in June. The weather in June is normally quite sticky.

DRESS:  Dress in light, breathable clothing to stay cool. Wear sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun. Don't forget comfortable shoes for walking.
